Binge eating can feel satisfying temporarily but ultimately results in becoming overweight. At that moment, the body does not need those extra nutrients. It needs emotional support.

Inner gaps and flaws such as fear, insecurity, loneliness, boredom, and anxiety can make you turn to food to comfort yourself. Maybe you blame yourself for your lack of self-control and willpower, and you blame yourself for your high levels of stress, and fatigue.

You can overcome those self-defeating feelings by developing a positive mindset through Hypnosis, and lose weight because of it. Even though your conscious mind wants you to lose weight, it’s so disconnected from your subconscious that it can’t communicate with it! Your subconscious mind might think destructive thoughts like:

  • “I don’t like to exercise.”
  • “Chips are too good to give up, I can’t help the way I feel.”
  • “I hate the way I look. I hate my body. I’m starting to hate myself too.



Negative thoughts like these release chemicals in your body, neurotransmitters, that flow through your bloodstream. Of these chemicals, one is cortisol, the stress hormone. Another three are adrenaline, epinephrine, and norepinephrine, chemicals responsible for your flight or flight response. With all of these things going on, it’s no wonder it’s difficult for you to lose weight!
